Kristen has been studying Martial Arts since she was a child. Over the years she's studied Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Jeet Kun Do, and Kali. She is a full-time instructor at Master Pedro Sauer's headquaters in Herndon, Va. Martial arts are her passion and she has a light hearted fun teaching style. Ben picked up a camera and thought he would just snap some pictures while hiking. The joke was on him. Now his life is spent at a computer staring at video that needs editing.
